Teachers usually expect washable paints to be weak and lack intensity. Our new Chroma 2 Intense & Opaque Heavy Bodied Washable Tempera formula overcomes this problem, providing strong colors and thick creamy body. Chroma 2 Washable can be used in schools as a total classroom resource, for painting and printing on all surfaces such as paper, canvas, cardboard, plaster, clay and any others.
At the secondary level, students usually progress to Chromacryl for painting, as they are old enough to develop more advanced acrylic techniques. However, teachers should consider using Chroma 2 Washable for silk screen and other printing lessons on paper, as it is so easy to clean up printing equipment and gives great results.
